Your missions

As an Associate in Banking & Finance, you will :

• Advise on and draft documentation for domestic and cross-border financing transactions
• Assist with all aspects of security documentation under Luxembourg law
• Draft and review financing agreements, legal opinions, and related legal documentation
• Analyse and comment on financial product documentation
• Review existing policies and contribute to the development of new procedures and compliance frameworks
• Prepare practical implementation guidelines for internal policies and regulatory recommendations

Your ideal profile

• Law degree with registration at a European Bar
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the Banking & Finance team of a Luxembourg law firm
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability, with excellent organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
