- After your initial training period, you will work independently (but not be alone) completing your own routes.
- We invest in teaching and training you to develop the skills to be successful and to perform new jobs and tasks
- We are a small family-owned business that treats employees like family
- Applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawn and landscape beds
- Rehabbing lawns
- Applying fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs around customers’ homes
- We help you to be as productive, safe, and as easy as possible with ride-on equipment and all PPE provided
- Working outside most days, independently, on your own route
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Monday through Friday schedule and optional Saturdays
- Training provided throughout the season
- Competitive pay: starting at $20-$24 per hour depending on licensing, background, performance and experience.
- Paid holidays.
- Field sales not required - but we’ll give you a bonus if you do sell!
