Solstice Landscape Maintenance is a family-owned and operated company specializing in high-quality grass maintenance and sidewalk snow removal for multi-family, residential, and commercial properties. We have been serving Edmonton for over 15 years, and many of our employees have been with us long-term.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join us for the remainder of summer, with the opportunity to transition into Winter work for year-round employment.

Summer Responsibilities:

• Lawn maintenance using push mowers, ride-on mowers, trimmers, and/or hedge trimmers
• Standard Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekends as needed

Winter Responsibilities:

• Sidewalk snow removal using brushes, snow blowers, backpack blowers, and shovels
• Ice checks between snowfalls, applying sand as needed, and filling sand bins
• On-call schedule based on snowfall – must be available on snow days (start time typically 9 AM)

Ideal Candidate:

• Positive attitude, works well with a team, and follows directions easily
• Able to work a full physical day working outside.
• Reliability is a must – we need team members who will show up every shift
• Experience with commercial lawn and snow removal equipment is an asset but not required – we will train the right person
• Valid driver’s license & clean abstract
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
