Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), looking to work in a primary care setting where you will collaborate with primary care clinicians to develop treatment plans that address both physical and behavioral healthcare using a shared EMR? The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in the treatment of behavioral health and substance use disorder utilizing evidence-based treatment.
