Job Title: AI/ML Lead Engineer Location: Seattle, Onsite
About Us: We are an innovative Startup based in the US and on a mission to build advanced AI-driven solutions that help businesses optimize interactions with customers. We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of our AI/ML system from the ground up, with a focus on analyzing unstructured interactions between companies and customers.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions to process and analyze customer interaction data. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and experience in deploying systems on AWS. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to tackle greenfield projects, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain the end-to-end AI/ML infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and security. Design, train, and optimize models for analyzing unstructured interactions. Leverage NLP techniques to extract insights and enhance customer interaction analysis. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions. Lead model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in AI/ML and NLP. Ensure robustness and reliability in all phases of model lifecycle management.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development. Hands-on experience with setting up and managing ML infrastructure on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, S3, Lambda). Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Proficient in Python or other relevant programming languages. Experience in building and deploying NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, and speech-to-text applications. Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, prompt engineering, and model evaluation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills: Experience with large language models, GPT, BERT, etc. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment. Previous experience in analyzing customer interactions or building customer support AI solutions.
