Premier caterer based in Lansdowne, PA, seeks an experienced full-time Lead Catering Chef.

We area top-tier exclusive caterer to several of the area’s premier historical locations.

Role:

• Lead Catering Chef

Compensation:

• $50-60K salary based on experience
• Possibility of tips for events worked

Schedule requirements:

• Tuesday through Sunday availability
• 8-hour commissary shifts Tuesday - Thursday
• 11-hour event shifts Friday - Sunday

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• BOH catering experience
• Follow written recipes and instructions
• A culinary education is preferred but not required
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Must be able to work in a standing position
• Comfortable being trained to drive a 15-foot box truck
• Have a clean and valid driver's license
