Lead Custodian Job Duties Include:

• Perform quality janitorial duties - Mopping, sweeping, dusting, etc.
• Train custodial team members on proper cleaning techniques
• Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and workable order
• Assist in maintaining current contract information for the program
• Enforce quality control standards and complete weekly inspections
• Complete paperwork daily such as time sheets, work orders, billing, and inspection reports.
• Provide supervision and coaching to new and seasoned custodians
• Staying in contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Indirect supervision of 10 - 20 custodians

Hours:

• 20-25 Hours Per Week, extra hours may be required
• Monday - Friday
• Occasional Weekend Work (As needed)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED is Required
• 2 Years of Supervisory Experience is Preferred
• Valid Driver's License is Required
• Ability to Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Must Pass a Pennsylvania State Police Background Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance
• A Drug Screening is Required during the Pre-Employment Process (This includes testing for THC)

Hourly Rate: $16.44 - ($17.44 - $1 per Hour Shift Differential Between the Hours of 3pm & 11pm)
