About the role:

The successful candidate will be a team player who takes initiative and knows how to get the job done right the first time. They will assist the Sales and Service departments by cleaning and preparing customer units, detailing them to ensure they are presented in the finest possible condition. This full-time role typically operates Monday to Friday in a friendly, fast-paced work environment.

As a Lead Detailer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing technical expertise, coaching, and on the job training for beginner, intermediate, and expert detailers to increase individual and team performance.
• Oversee the successful implementation of all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance protocols, policies, and requirements.
• Planning, organizing, and adjusting the daily schedule to ensure the timely completion of work.
• Ensuring quality control checks are completed prior to each delivery.
• Effectively and efficiently detailing the interior and exterior of units to meet company and customer expectations.
• Providing ongoing technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to Detail team members to support skill development and performance excellence.
• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels of supplies, products, and equipment to support continuous workflow.
• Keeping the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety and operational standards.
