About the role
The Lead, Digital Production manages production, monitors and maintains the NSW Electoral Commission’s websites and intranet to help deliver an engaging, accurate user-centred digital presence, and contributes to ongoing digital innovation in line with our communications and digital strategies.

Key knowledge & experience
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional and technical experience.
- Experience working in a digital production lead capacity within a services-based environment, including successfully delivering projects using Agile methodology.
- Experience working across a range of content management systems and web-based applications.
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments (desirable).
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Experience contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership in accessibility compliance.
- Experience managing competing stakeholder and business needs with proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and fluency in, web analytical tools, accessibility and digital marketing applications.
- Ability to develop clear, accurate and customer focused content, with strong writing and editing skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Essential requirements
- Political neutrality with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners
- Successful police check result
