Introduction:
Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) has an established Early Learning Centre based in Ulladulla region and we have a new opportunity for a Lead Educator to join the team and nurture our little ones.

The Lead Educator role is a Permanent Part time position working up to 75 hours per fortnight. We’re open Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm, and we are open to considering flexible roster option to suit the operational needs for the ideal candidate.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Plan and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to uphold high-quality care
  • Embrace the Centre’s philosophy and regulatory standards
Selection criteria

  • Diploma of Early Education and Care or Bachelor of Educator is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in similar role would be advantageous
  • First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training.
  • Food Safety, Handling and Hygiene training.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of child safety, mandatory reporting, and EYLF
