The Opportunity:

We are looking for a heavy-hitter. A seasoned Estimator who knows the home exterior industry inside and out and can hit the ground running. If you are a master of accuracy, understand the nuances of both retail contracts and insurance adjustments, and want to join a company that respects your expertise and rewards your hard work, this is it.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce accurate, timely estimates for full exterior projects (Roof, Siding, Gutters, Windows, Doors).
• Manage retail estimates seamlessly using AccuLynx.
• Scope, write, and negotiate insurance restoration estimates utilizing Xactimate.
• Act as the technical bridge between our sales team, project managers, and insurance adjusters to maximize project profitability and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Multiple years of experience estimating residential/commercial exterior construction.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with AccuLynx is highly preferred; Xactimate proficiency is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes, supplements, and codes.
• In-depth, expert-level knowledge of exterior trades, materials, and labor costs.
• Excellent communication skills and a reputation for integrity.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
