In the Lead Financial Analysis role you will be responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial projects, works on problems of diverse scope including the analysis of sales compensation reports, trending, and opportunities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Gathers, interprets, and evaluates sales commission data for the purpose of locating anomalies used to inform monthly focused inspections.

Deliver data insights of systematically sourced sales revenue and commission data.

Financial analysis with monthly deliverables to Finance Leaders.

Job Contribution: Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth evaluation of variable factors.

Skills:

Data analysis, identifying trends and outliers, ability to create meaningful insights through visual story telling.

Excellent Presentation Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite

Advanced Excel/MS Access/PowerBI – Analysis & Charting

Visual story telling skills through creation of presentations/reports

Proficient in using Snowflake, SQL, Power Query, Database Management

Skills in Critical Thinking

Education: Typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years' experience.

This position is location in Atlanta, GA, there is no relocation assistance associated with this posting. This is an Office based position; you'll be expected to be in the office 5 days per week.

Our Lead Financial Analysis earn between $106,100.00 - $159,100.00 of TSR.Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
