Position: Lead Full Stack Developer

Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Remote

Department: Engineering

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Fuzia Talent, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and

maintaining dynamic and scalable community-based websites. You will play a pivotal role in

integrating the latest tools and technologies to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and

empower the Fuzia community. You will also mentor and guide junior developers, taking ownership

of project modules and ensuring the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development of full-stack web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to deliver

innovative solutions.

• Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and efficient code for front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and manage databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-

performance data management.

• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications using ReactJS and

FastAPI.

• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best

practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve functionality and performance.
• Manage deployments, monitor applications, and improve system performance continuously.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our

development process.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and work closely with the product team to define feature

specifications and timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in ReactJS for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Expertise in FastAPI for developing fast and scalable back-end APIs.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management and optimization.
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related

frameworks.

• Experience in developing and deploying production-grade applications.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Redux or Redux Toolkit for state management in React applications.
• SQLAlchemy and Alembic for ORM and database migrations.
• Redis for caching and performance improvements.
• Mailer services (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun) for email-related functionalities.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Prior experience working with community-based platforms or social media tools.
