Lead Generation Specialist / Inside Sales Specialist (In-Office – Oshawa)
Company: Generations Cleaning.
Location: Oshawa, ON (In-Office Role).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Hourly Rate: $22-$25 per Hour.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Lead Generation Specialist / Inside Sales Specialist to join our Oshawa office. This person will play a key role in driving business growth by creating qualified leads for our outside sales team through multiple outreach channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead generation methods.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify prospective clients in target industries (commercial, industrial, and property management sectors).
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce Generations Cleaning’s services.
  • Build and maintain an organized lead database and track activity in CRM tools.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and pass leads to the outside sales team.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to email campaign strategy and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Generations Cleaning’s services and target markets.
  • Report weekly on outreach metrics, leads generated, and appointment outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident on the phone and in writing.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Prior experience in the commercial cleaning, facilities management, or property services industry is an asset.
