Lead Generation Specialist - B2B Digital Marketing
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Axiom Machinery Inc. and Beta Die Casting Equipment Inc. are part of a group of companies located in Cambridge, Ontario. which buy and sell used industrial machines and also manufacture new machines. Sales efforts are focused on primarily die casting machines and all associated equipment related to the die casting, foundry, metal forming and plastics industries. We have a 42,000 sq ft warehouse full of inventory. The inventory changes all the time. Machines are sold and shipped out. New inventory is purchased or manufactured and then later arrives in the warehouse.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deliver a high volume of qualified leads to our sales team via paid Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, email marketing campaigns, direct mail, YouTube videos and advertising, ads in trade directories, trade associations, and other types of advertising. Design, start-up, and produce monthly webinars for prospective clients. Expand our blog outreach and scope of influence. You will be responsible for analytics and optimization of paid advertising and email campaigns. You will need to demonstrate strong lead generation techniques, marketing knowledge and copywriting skills. We have an amazing team and open and real communication. Innovative collaboration is required daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive B2B customer interest using lead generation strategies and deliver tangible leads using the latest lead generation tools and techniques.
· Ensure the company websites are kept up-to-date and aligned with marketing objectives
· Target-based lead generation and lead nurturing activities via content marketing, account-based marketing
· Actively participate in overall marketing operations, lead management, and campaign execution to drive digital demand generation and paid media campaigns.
· Act as a connection between the technology platforms, their capabilities and marketing goals, to advise the best approach and drive execution and improvement over time.
· Own the planning, quality assurance framework, and execution of email and online marketing campaigns: this includes product, promotional and triggered email, content syndication, as well as, paid display, search, and social advertising.
· Develop, implement, and continuously evolve best practices for digital and email marketing across channels.
· Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
· Own end-to-end implementation and sending of email and digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, segmentation, execution, testing, deployment, analysis, and optimization.
· Email marketing: Create and deploy regular email communications
· Lead generation: Help to grow and maintain our lead generation strategy for sponsored campaigns.
· Maintain and expand lead generation funnel.
· Continually look for ways to improve lead generation, technology, and software used.
· Use new and innovative startegies to ensure company websites are included in AI searches.
SKILLS
- Expertise in lead funnel optimization and progression management.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of AI SEO startegies.
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
- Familiarity with a CRM for lead management
- Experienced with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to set up retargeting ads/cookies within website
- B2B knowledge
- Industrial machine or industrial trade experience an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
