Lead Landscape Installer

• Lead and work alongside installation crews on landscape and hardscape projects
• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, sod, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features
• Read and execute landscape designs and installation plans
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain production goals
• Train and mentor crew members
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Operate landscaping equipment, skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools safely
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers

• Previous landscape installation experience required
• Crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and materials
• Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees
• Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape installation is a plus
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
