Imagine a future where you play a key role in implementing Ørsted’s strategy by transforming objectives into actionable change initiatives and driving them in collaboration with various business units.
Join us in this role where you’ll be driving the execution and anchoring of Ørsted’s strategically most important initiatives through the understanding of the organizational impact of the initiative and effective change management. You will be driving the people side of strategic initiatives by working closely with project managers, leaders, employees, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth and effective transition of the changes through optimal leader and employee involvement and engagement.

You’ll be part of the OCM CoE where you together with your colleagues will be part of a fast-paced and dedicated global team of 4 change management specialists. Our main task is to drive the people side of the strategic initiatives while we build change capabilities across the company. A long side we are responsible for building and improving our change management framework and toolbox to ensure a uniform OCM practice, language, and mindset across the organization. As a team, we collaborate in a well-organized and dynamic work environment, where individual development as well as trust, psychological safety and a good work-life-balance is at the core.
You’ll play an important role in:
creating structured change plans ensuring alignment, efficient sponsorship and leadership mobilization for the strategic changes
enabling the business to adopt changes, minimize business disruption, and prepare people for changes to achieve and sustain change outcomes
driving behavioural design and benefit management processes
monitoring change readiness and creating transparency on implementation progress
enable strong business change management capabilities by advising, training and coaching senior executives, leaders and teams to raise the change competency level
supporting the continuous improvement and delivery of a standardized business change management framework and toolbox.
To succeed in the role, you:
have extensive experience (min. 7 years) in driving change on large strategic initiatives and building outcome focus change management plans
can quickly establish trustful relations and operate professionally at all levels of the organization
execute and make timely and independent decisions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
have extensive experience in facilitating workshops and running change training for diverse stakeholders
solid experience in working with the change management toolbox
have an analytical and structured approach to your work.
