Lead Process Owner

We are looking for a Lead Process Owner to drive efficiency and innovation in our Order Management landscape. In this role you will optimize workflows/ processes/ procedures- collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You are passionate on change management, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will:

• Drive process automation and see if automation by off-the self-application, AI solutions would be best suitable.
• Continuously refine procedures in our key processes (Store, Stock, Returns and Order Flows).
• Consult on business cases/ ideation on new futures on best ways to integrate new ideas within a standard.
• Manage a team of Process Owners across the globe, and ensure that the quality held the standard as required.
• Ensure that all existing- and future processes are documented so we have transparency of the process- and we can use gap analyses to a future change.
• Analyze optimization opportunities based on a data set.
• Schedule regular update meetings with stakeholders to keep stakeholders informed of progress, timelines, and risks.

• 5+ years of experience with Continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English (written/spoken) for global stakeholder communication.
• Strong focus on result and data-driven decision making.
• Decision making-skills.
• Data analyze experiences.
