To provide excellent guest service, interacting with guests while monitoring the entire pool deck upper level and other areas of the 4th floor. Maintain established cleanliness standard for the entire pool deck, upper level and other areas of the 4th floor. Control pool towel distribution, replenishment and return at the pool area. Control reservations for the BBQ grills and cabanas.

Job Responsibilities:

•Provide excellent guest service while interacting and assisting guests with their requests and needs.

•Follow established cleanliness guidelines for the pool deck, spa, BBQ grill area, dining areas, cabanas and other areas of the 4th floor as required.

•Control the supply of pool towels including replenishment and returns.

•Maintain a reservation log for the BBQ grills and cabanas on a daily basis.

•Ensure that the BBQ grills and equipment are cleaned after each use and prepped for the next guest to use.

•Ensure that the BBQ counter refrigerators are clean, sanitize and emptied at the end of the day.

•Wipe down the dining tables and chairs after each use or as needed.

Job qualifications:

•Associates degree/diploma or equivalent additional experience.

•1 or 2 years in a guest contact position. Japanese speaking preferred.

•1st aid/CPR preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $20.69 per hour

Experience:
