Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems across various property sites. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, boilers, and related equipment. Your expertise will help us deliver reliable climate control solutions, uphold safety standards, and enhance property performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience with the option of co-ownership opportunities with this company.

Must be experienced in

-light commercial refrigeration

-Rack systems

-Reach in/walk in coolers/freezers

-Ice machines

*Commercial cooking equipment is a bonus

*Need references for experience

*Self motivated and capable of self diagnosing and managing calls

*Sufficient in sales

*Pay is based on qualifications and experience

*Partnership opportunities are possible depending on experience and capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
