Lead Registered Nurse - Restore Hyper Wellness - Farmington

Lead Nurse Role
Restore is seeking an outgoing and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals who are on a mission to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love. We’re the antithesis of a traditional medical office or clinic, offering innovative wellness services in a fun, comfortable environment.
The Lead Nurse will oversee and guide all aspects of our medical services in the studio and will work closely with the studio General Manager and ownership to run a highly successful and profitable medical business. The Lead Nurse is a full-time role (32-40 hours per week) with weekends required.


Lead Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall medical strategy for the Restore studio. The strategy must be an intentional and detailed plan for ensuring success with medical services at Restore.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience processes for medical services. Ensure the studio is providing an exceptional med-spa like experience from entry to exit.
  • Ensure the studio is staffed with exceptional nurses who are passionate about health and wellness and who provide a safe and comfortable experience for the member.
  • With the General Manager be responsible for the hiring, staffing, and scheduling of the medical team.
  • Own the cleanliness, look, feel, and polish off medical room and nurses’ office in the studio. Ensure a high-quality and comfortable ambiance.
  • Train new nurses in the studio. Refresh training with existing nurses as needed. Regularly evaluate the nursing staff to ensure high-quality skill levels and best practices.
  • Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between the corporate team and your location.
  • Report to the Restore studio General Manager.


Lead Nurse Requirements:

  • You’re a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Utah.
  • You have two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar).
  • You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
  • You are sales-minded and capable of educating and selling all services Restore offers, particularly medical services. Preferably experience in medical sales or customer service.
  • You have leadership and management skills. Preferably experience managing other nurses.
  • You have at least one year of experience administering IVs and injections.
  • You’re comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
  • You maintain a non-judgmental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You value ethics and integrity.
  • You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
  • Must be open to the business side of Restore and be willing to work with the General Manager and other leadership to market, sell, and otherwise promote Restore Hyper Wellness.
  • Must be willing to track KPIs, set goals, and be held accountable for medical service success and profitability in the studio.
  • Must be effective and comfortable training other Nurses in the studio.
Medical Operations & Clinical Duties:
  • Attend corporate-led monthly nursing calls.
  • Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
  • Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients.
  • Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
  • Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
  • Manage the medical supply inventory, ordering process, and medical budget.
  • Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs to each member.
  • Facilitate tele-med appointments as needed with our remote NPs for all new patients.
  • Document client visits via electronic medical records.
  • Address and answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and network of licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Communicate to the medical compliance team any issues or adverse effects clients experience.
  • Participate in community outreach, off-site nursing events and special projects.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules and regulations.
