Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pest control, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. As a Spray Technician, you will be responsible for applying various treatments to ensure the health and safety of plants, lawns, and outdoor areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate ZSpray and other equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify pest issues and treatment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including product used and areas treated.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about treatments and offering advice on lawn care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• A valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record is required for driving company vehicles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all operations.
• Willingness to learn new techniques related to landscape maintenance and pest management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
