Lead Technician – Exterior Cleaning

We’re hiring a Lead Technician to join our exterior cleaning team in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

This role is for someone dependable, hard-working, and ready to take ownership of jobs while delivering great results for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning services (window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, etc.)
• Lead job sites and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Handle equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain quality control on all jobs
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable using ladders and working around roofs
• Prior experience in exterior cleaning or similar field is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
