Leadership Opportunity - Infrastructure

With a fast growing, highly successful team and new projects starting all over New Zealand, we’re looking for a senior level infrastructure professional to join our Upper North Island team.

About the role | Mō te Tūranga
Leading projects and teams, in the upper north island and across NZ, you’ll be part of a team delivering a diverse and challenging infrastructure engineering portfolio. We work on plenty of complex projects, with an opportunity to bring new ideas, innovation and thinking to the table. This role will see you developing and maintaining positive and productive client relationships, using your stakeholder management skills to engage your clients, project partners and your own project team. You’ll also take the lead in Design Management and provide day-to-day project leadership, support and guidance to the infrastructure team, coaching and mentoring our team to improve their skills and deliver excellence.

About You | Mōu
We’re looking for someone with leadership experience in the infrastructure space, with proven experience in mentoring and developing teams. You’ll also have strong design management experience gained from working on infrastructure projects and be technically astute. With sound commercial skills, you’ll have project lead and relationship building capabilities, and experience with proposals through to project delivery. Your excellent technical skills will be matched by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and you’ll be a confident communicator with the willingness to help out at every level.
