Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lean Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facility. This role is vital in driving operational excellence by implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and industrial engineering knowledge, with expertise in process engineering, robotics, and manufacturing systems. As a Lean Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and support the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lean manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety across the facility.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
  • Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Schematics to design process layouts and equipment modifications.
  • Oversee the implementation of automation solutions including robot programming, CNC programming, and vision inspection systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Coordinate project scheduling for process upgrades, tooling modifications, and equipment installations ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct training sessions on lean principles, industrial engineering practices, and continuous improvement methodologies for staff.
  • Collaborate with process engineers on plastics injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly line optimization, and industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Support factory experience initiatives by integrating mechanical knowledge with manufacturing best practices to optimize assembly lines and fabrication processes.
  • Facilitate the development of schematics and technical documentation for new processes or equipment upgrades.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with ISO 9001 standards to ensure quality management system compliance. Experience
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong background in industrial engineering or process engineering within a factory setting.
  • Hands-on experience with robotics programming, CNC programming (including CAM), and vision inspection systems.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and schematic design software.
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts related to tooling, fabrication, welding, assembly lines, and industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and factory automation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through project planning, root cause analysis, and implementation phases.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
