Lean Program Manager

Job Title: Lean Program Manager - IT

Introduction:
As a Lean Program Manager in our IT department, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness across all IT projects and processes. Your expertise in Lean methodologies will ensure that we continuously improve our operations, reduce waste, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Lean strategies and principles across IT projects and operational processes.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive lean transformation program.
• Facilitate Lean workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in continuous improvement.
• Analyze current IT processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness over time.
• Develop metrics and reporting systems to track the progress and impact of Lean initiatives.
• Work closely with project managers and IT teams to ensure that Lean principles are integrated into all phases of project management.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the IT department.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the status and results of Lean initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lean or continuous improvement role within an IT or technology-focused organization.
• Proven track record of leading successful Lean transformations and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
