We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Learner Support Executive to assist learners throughout their academic journey. The role involves guiding students, resolving queries, providing program-related information, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist learners with course details, schedules, and platform navigation.
  • Handle student queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with learners to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve academic or technical issues.
  • Update and maintain learner records in the CRM system.
  • Provide orientation, reminders, and ongoing support throughout the program.
  • Ensure high-quality service and timely response to all learner needs.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and patience while handling queries.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer/Student support experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Any degree.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
