Position Overview

TELUS Digital AI are actively seeking a Learning Services Specialist to join our team!

The role of Learning Services Specialist is critical in ensuring that educational and training programs are effective, engaging and align with the program goals. They work to maintain a standard of quality for continuous improvement and supporting the development of expert raters.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conducting research initiatives and analyzing data sets to drive innovation, improve AI algorithms and collaborate with cross functional teams for problem solving;
  • Providing detailed feedback on ad templates developing annotation guidelines and documenting best practice for ongoing training and workflow enhancement;
  • Ensuring high quality work from Expert raters through consistent evaluations, supporting their professional development and adapting to evolving process for improved efficiency.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills: proficiency in assessing ad templates to identify issues and deviations from guideline ensuring accuracy;
  • Adult learning principle and the ability to execute skill based training programs;
  • Communication skills: clear and concise communication both written and verbal, to explain valuation and propose innovative solutions promoting precision in AI learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €31,000.00 per year
