Job Title: Lease Admin Analyst
Job Family: Corporate Real Estate
Location: 2 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
Work Mode: In-Person
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: $21/hr (W2)
Job Overview:
The Lease Admin Analyst will manage a real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate lease data, financial transactions, and operational efficiency. The role involves payment processing, financial tracking, and coordinating with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lease administration for a portfolio of ~400 records
- Process rent payments and reconcile financial transactions
- Review variance reports and supplemental payment profiles
- Maintain lease records, security deposits, and aging reports
- Track operational expenses in collaboration with financial analysts
- Manage relationships between landlords and tenants
- Address open queries and ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in lease administration or related fields
- Education: High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
- Software Proficiency: Co-Star, Salesforce (preferred), Lease Admin systems, Microsoft Office Suite
Skills:
Must-Have:
- Lease administration expertise
- Accounts Payable/Receivable knowledge
- Basic accounting skills
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Reporting experience

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
