Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and community-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent / Community Director. This role is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You’ll be the welcoming face of the building, the problem-solver, and the one who ensures our residents feel at home.

What You’ll Do
Leasing & Customer Experience
- Welcome, qualify, and tour prospective renters through available suites and amenities
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Clearly explain rental rates, lease terms, and building policies
- Prepare and post online listings, marketing materials, and ads
- Track leads, showings, and leasing activity
Move-In / Move-Out & Tenant Support
- Process rental applications, reference checks, and screening
- Prepare lease documents, renewals, and amendments
- Assist tenants through move-in and move-out processes
- Maintain organized tenant files and leasing records
- Assist with general tenant inquiries and escalate when needed
Property & Operational Support
- Conduct unit and property condition checks to ensure suites are ready for viewing
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely suite turn-over
- Maintain accurate occupancy and leasing reports
- Support rent collection and follow-ups as directed
Compliance & Professionalism
- Follow all applicable tenancy legislation and fair housing practices
- Represent the property and management team with professionalism and care
What You Bring
- Experience in residential leasing, real estate, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in sales-style conversations and guiding decisions
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed for showings
What We Offer
- $25.00/hour (approx. $52,000 annually) + leasing commission structure
