Join Our Team as a Leasing Consultant!

Are you an experienced property management professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our esteemed team as a Leasing Consultant. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the resident experience and ensuring the success of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Effectively advertise and fill property vacancies.
  • Obtain referrals from existing tenants.
  • Process applications and follow up with prospective tenants.
  • Showcase properties to potential tenants.
  • Qualify applicants and manage placements.
  • Maintain updated availability reports.
  • Ensure properties are occupied to optimum capacity.
  • Stay informed about market conditions.

Administrative:

  • Prepare, and enforce lease agreements.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for new tenants.
  • Collect online payments and security deposits.
  • Ensure properties are ready for new occupants.
  • Ensure timely collection of rent payments.
  • Minimize rental arrears.
  • Prepare renewal agreements
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance.
  • Familiarize yourself with local regulations and ordinances.
  • Enforce rental agreement terms.
  • Maintain tenant delinquency records and balances.
  • Coordinate default proceedings when necessary.

Tenant/Resident Relations:

  • Orient new tenants to the property.
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and tenants.
  • Commit to providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners.

Maintenance:

  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and supervise property repairs and unit turns.
  • Ensure the security of premises and maintain security devices.
  • Organize inspections and prepare inspection reports.

Move-Out Inspections and Dispositions:

  • Conduct move-out inspections.
  • Apply charges for damages and other applicable fees.
  • Complete and process disposition summaries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
