The Role

Your main objective is to provide outstanding rental service to our clients. In this role, you will undertake key leasing accountabilities on behalf of owners, tenants and the business in a timely and professional manner. It is a fast-paced and a highly adaptive position - this role is not for the faint of heart!

You will have the flexibility to plan your own work week, catering it to your unique working style whilst balancing stakeholder and business needs. Our leasing team members are required to work Monday - Thursday and Saturday and to return all keys back to the office after opens are completed.

A Day In The Life

Conduct private/open for inspections
Process applications, including reference checking
Oversee sign-up processes with new tenants
Liaise with tenants to answer all incoming queries

The Successful Candidate

A current real-estate certificate is required
A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Must be available Saturdays
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
