Job Overview
Aria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our leasing processes. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for multi-family real estate, and the ability to effectively communicate with potential tenants.

Duties

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Utilize Yardi and CMMS software for data entry, tracking maintenance requests, and managing tenant information.
• Collaborate with the property maintenance team to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Engage in upselling strategies to promote additional services or amenities offered by the property.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels.

Experience

• Previous experience in property leasing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi software or similar property management systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance processes is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in upselling or contract negotiation are advantageous.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
