This is a temporary position with expected employment between two to four months, with potential for permanent placement.
Responsibilities:

• · Utilize CRM software to immediately contact guest cards and begin the leasing process.

• · Guide inquiries to schedule tours and follow up after tour completion.

• · Provide advance notice to current residents of scheduled tours with documented communication.

• · Collaborate with onsite property staff to ensure tours are completed correctly.

• · Lead inquiries to fill out applications and collect necessary documents.

• · Process and screen rental applications based on Company standards.

• · Contact approved applicants to close the deal.

• · Generate leases with accurate rates, dates, and fees to send for review and execution.
