Summary

We are seeking a Leasing/Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Ottawa. This role is essential in facilitating the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while contributing to our mission of exceptional property management.
Responsibilities

• Accept and process tenant notices
• Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with regulations
• Utilize software for tracking applications and tenant information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
• Conduct market research to stay informed on rental trends
• Collaborate with the property management team to enhance tenant satisfaction
• Handle administrative tasks related to leasing operations
• Work with team members to come up with sales strategies
• Manage inbound calls

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Administrative experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
