Waite Law Office is looking for a versatile and reliable administrative assistant at a small law firm focused on criminal defense.
We are seeking to fill a part-time role on weekday afternoons with a primary focus on data entry and mailing of office correspondence. Anticipated hours of 12-4 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and preparing correspondence for mailing.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Answering, screening, and logging calls in a professional manner
- Create and maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information
- Maintaining client confidentiality
Requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Spanish proficiency preferred (but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
