Job Opening: Legal Executive / Advocate (Full-Time)

Job Role:
We are looking for a full-time Advocate / Legal Executive to handle all legal matters of the company, including drafting, compliance, and court representation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Legal drafting of Agreements, Contracts, MOUs, Notices, Replies
- Preparation of Legal Opinions
- Handling Company Legal Documentation
- Court appearance & case follow-up
- Liaison with External Advocates
- Handling Civil, Commercial & Corporate matters
- Drafting Recovery Notices & Legal Correspondence
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Company Law & Commercial Law
- Reviewing Rental / Lease Agreements
- Ensuring statutory compliance

Required Skills:
- Strong drafting skills (English mandatory)
- Court appearance experience
- Knowledge of Indian Legal System
- Ability to handle cases independently
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Immediate joining preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
