Description:
Our law firm is on the lookout for outstanding secretarial and administrative talent to provide support to our legal team in the Family Law practice.
We are committed to supporting each other to deliver the outstanding service that our customers deserve.
A typical day as a Legal Assistant will include:
- Preparing and editing correspondence
- Diary management
- Point of contact for Legal correspondence
- Answering and directing calls
- Preparing briefs and court documents
- Word processing
- File maintenance
- Liaising with clients
- General administrative duties as required
- Provide reception cover as required
Your Family Law experience will be highly regarded as will your flexibility and willingness to support the team as required. You will possess that ability to work well under pressure and have compassion and empathy in your approach.
