About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Legal Associate with strong experience in High Court, Supreme Court, and NCLT matters. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and capable of handling complex legal drafting, research, and filings efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drafting of petitions, applications, replies, affidavits, rejoinders & legal notices.
- Handling matters before High Courts, Supreme Court, and NCLT.
- Conducting deep legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Coordinating with clients, advocates, and concerned authorities.
- Attending court hearings, dictations, and conferences as required.
- Managing documentation, case files, and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation related to High Court/Supreme Court/NCLT.
- Strong command over legal drafting and research.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Knowledge of procedural laws, filing procedures & court protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong sense of professionalism, discipline, and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate litigation and insolvency matters (IBC).
- Familiarity with online filing portals and e-courts.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Client communication & briefing skill
Compensation
- Starter fixed stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
