Job Summary:
LEGAL INTERN
Join us for a unique opportunity to experience the world of Disney from the inside
We are looking for a passionate and energetic intern to join the Legal Affairs Department team and support it in daily activities.
What You Will Do
Support to the members of the Legal Affairs Department in the following activities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts relating to the company's activity, with a particular focus on licensing agreements, audiovisual productions, co-marketing and service contracts;
- Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence relating to the above-mentioned
- Drafting and reviewing minutes relating to meetings of the TWDCI and
- Legal research and in-depth analysis of various legal issues; general
- Maintenance of the legal and corporate archive.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Enthusiastic, curious, and proactive attitude
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Previous internship or academic background in law
