Veritas Search are working with a top tier Irish Law firm in Dublin who are recruiting for Legal Secretary professionals to join their fantastic team across multiple departments. This is an opportunity for experienced legal support professionals to join a firm that is heavily in “growth mode” at the moment with a strong focus on investment, new markets and expanding existing service lines.
Key Points of the Role
- Administrative support, diary and file management for fee earners
- Data input, file management and ensuring the CRM system is up to date and accurate
- Supporting stakeholders in preparation of client briefs and meetings
- Managing travel and business trip bookings
- Additional ad hoc responsibilities
The Person
- Background as a Legal Secretary (2 yrs+) in a practice environment
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good knowledge of case management software
- Excellent work prioritisation and time management skills
