Veritas Search are working with a busy legal practice in Dublin city centre who are recruiting a Legal Receptionist / Admin to join their tight knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a really friendly company as an integral part of a specialist firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a busy reception desk, greeting clients and being the first point of contact
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Organising and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Diary management
  • Preparing and organising documents and correspondence – scanning, filing etc.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and records
  • A variety of administration tasks to support the solicitors and legal executives

Background

  • Experience as a receptionist in a busy office environment – preferably professional services
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in administration – ordering supplies, scanning documents, arranging post etc
  • Excellent communicator
  • General MS Office and IT skills

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
