Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Leisure Club Manager, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent service to guests and members at all times
• Adhering to company Brand Standards
• Ensuring smooth completion of Leisure Club Tasks
• Check-in and check-out of guests and members
• Cleaning Duties
• Dealing with guest and members queries
• Processing payments and cash handling

Candidate Requirements:

• An individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer care
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detail
• Organisational and Administrative Skills
• Flexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday period
