We are growing our team here at Trading Places and are hoping to hire a Lettings Agent to join our busy team.
Location: South Mall, Cork City - Fully onsite with Parking
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary: DOE
You must have a full clean drivers license and car
Permanent Role
What will the role entail?
- Carry out viewings with perspective tenants
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Managing offers
- Responding to enquiries and booking in viewings
- Dealing with Lettings Administration
- Invoicing for contractors
- Setting up tenancies on our CRM
- Obtaining and checking references
- Ensuring new tenants are registered with the RTB
- Following a move in checklist to ensure the property is ready for the move in date
What are we looking for?
- Someone with a strong work ethic
- Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Suite
- ·Excellent interpersonal skills and someone who deeply understands five star customer service
- Excellent Communication Skills - This is a people facing role
- Ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
