Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer is seeking an experienced Lettings & Property Manager to oversee our residential lettings and property management portfolio. This is a key role within a busy and growing estate agency, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenant move-in
• Oversee and manage a residential property portfolio on behalf of landlords
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate property viewings, applications, referencing and lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with RTB regulations and all relevant legislation
• Collect, monitor and follow up on rent payments and arrears
• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare reports
• Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and tenancy queries
• Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
• Handle tenant issues professionally and efficiently, including dispute resolution where required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings and property management
• Strong knowledge of the Irish rental market and RTB regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• PSRA licence (essential)

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
