Level 1 Help Desk Technician

Xtek Partners is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a permanent, multi-year-long Staff Augmentation assignment with a local school district in the Columbus, Ohio area.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 1-year professional technical support experience
• Good working knowledge of Apple MacBook, iPad/iPhone and Apple TV devices
• Basic wired/wireless network
• Audio/Visual device troubleshooting
• Imaging Windows Computers
• Must be well organized, personable and able to communicate effectively
• A+, Network+ and other industry certifications a plus

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm with 30 mins for lunch

Starting Salary Range is $38,000 to $40,000, depending on experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
