- Provide second-line technical support for end users (onsite and remote).
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Windows desktop & server environments
- Printers, networking, VPNs, and mobile devices
- Firewalls, routers, switches (basic network troubleshooting)
- Support cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365 Admin Center).
- Manage and resolve tickets via the service desk system (within SLAs).
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors when necessary.
- Perform regular maintenance, patches, and updates.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (user accounts, devices, access).
- Contribute to small-scale project work (e.g., migrations, upgrades).
- Work with monitoring tools to proactively resolve system alerts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
