We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Level II Dental Assistant to join our dental team. This hybrid role combines clinical support floating with possible reception duties, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will be the first point of contact for our patients- ensuring a positive, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support Duties:
- Work alongside our dentists to support patient care as a Level II Dental Assistant.
- Assist in preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and chairside assisting during procedures.
- Maintain infection control protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support back-office tasks as needed to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MUST be a Certified Level II Dental Assistant in good standing.
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar dual-role capacity is preferred.
- Familiarity with ClearDent software is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.41-$30.74 per hour
