As part of the Nordic Broking Center, you will join a specialist team working across borders to deliver market-leading broking solutions and share expertise across the Nordic region.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Serve as a reliable consultant to Nordic and international clients, providing strategic risk and insurance solutions.
• Lead negotiations with insurers to secure efficient coverage and commercial outcomes.
• Build and develop insurance programs tailored to clients’ specific risk profiles and business needs.
• Support client retention, growth initiatives, and tender processes in collaboration with client teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with insurers, underwriters, and key market collaborators.
• Deliver market insights and strategic recommendations to clients and colleagues across the Nordic region.
• Drive operational excellence through consistent, high-quality broking practices.
• Mentor and support the development of junior brokers within the team.

Skills and Experience That Will Help You Succeed

• Experience within insurance broking, underwriting or risk advisory.
• Knowledge of Nordic and international insurance markets as well as contract knowledge.
• Experience in negotiating and structuring complex insurance solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial approach with a strong emphasis on client value and business growth.
• Subject matter expertise within a relevant insurance field.
• Structured, analytical and focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills in Danish or English.
