Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing, with expertise in both servicing existing plumbing systems and working on new construction projects. As we offer 24 hour maintenance service across the GTA your work schedule will involve regular hours, after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Work on both service and new construction projects.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial plumber.
• Red Seal or Journeyman plumbing license is a must.
• Experience with both service maintenance and new commercial construction projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong command of the English language/excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Valid G class drivers’ license with clean driver’s abstract is required
• Capable of conducting heavy physical lifting, frequent prolonged standing/walking, pushing/pulling, or moving/lifting heavy equipment/supplies, and ladder work.
• Must have valid WHMIS and Working at Heights certification.
• Must be available to work regular hours, after hours and/or weekends.
